What types of prints do you sell?
I sell fine art prints reproduced from my original paintings, available in two formats: prints on fine art paper (framed or unframed) and prints on canvas (framed, stretched or flat). I also make a range of floral art cushions featuring the same original designs.

Are the prints framed?
Many prints are available framed or unframed – you can choose your preference on each product page. Framed prints come ready to hang. Unframed paper prints are rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Canvas prints can be ordered stretched on a wooden frame, in a floating frame, or as a flat canvas.

What sizes are available?
Print sizes vary by product. Paper prints range from small (A4, 21×29.7cm) to large (A1, 59.4×84.1cm) and beyond. Canvas sizes are listed on each individual product page. If you need a specific size that isn't listed, please get in touch.

Are these limited edition prints?
Some collections are produced as limited edition runs – this is noted on the individual product page. All prints are reproduced from original paintings by Karin Rose Dubois, so every print comes from a single artist's original work.

Can I see the original paintings?
Karin's original paintings are showcased at karinrosedubois.com. If you're interested in purchasing an original or discussing a commission, you can get in touch through the contact page.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Karin's prints are available to buyers in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and many other countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders: typically 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
International orders: typically 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes – you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How are prints packaged?
Framed prints are bubble-wrapped and packed in rigid cardboard boxes to protect the frame and glass. Unframed paper prints are rolled and shipped in a protective cardboard tube. Canvas prints are wrapped and boxed. Every order is packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Returns & Damages

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Email info@karinrosedubois.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the damage and the packaging. I will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

What if I received the wrong item?
If you received a different print or product from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days and I'll arrange the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Framing & Display

Do the framed prints come with hanging hardware?
Yes – framed prints arrive ready to hang, with hanging hardware attached.

What frame styles are available?
Frame options vary by product and are shown on each individual product page. If you have a specific framing question about a particular print, please email info@karinrosedubois.com and I'll be happy to help.

I'd like to frame an unframed print myself – any advice?
For fine art paper prints, a simple white or natural wood frame works beautifully with most of the botanical and floral subjects. Avoid frames that require the print to be mounted under tension – fine art paper prints should be allowed to breathe slightly. A standard size frame in A4, A3, A2 or A1 will fit the corresponding print size exactly.

Can I order a custom frame?
We don't currently offer bespoke framing as a service, but many professional framers can work with fine art paper prints. If you'd like recommendations, feel free to ask.

Commissions & Custom Orders

Do you take commissions for original paintings?
Yes – Karin accepts a limited number of commissions each year. If you're interested in commissioning an original painting, please use the contact form or email info@karinrosedubois.com with a description of what you have in mind. Karin will get back to you with availability and pricing.

Can I request a print in a size that isn't listed?
Please get in touch via the contact form or email – for certain prints it may be possible to produce a different size. We can't guarantee availability for all sizes, but we're happy to discuss.

Can you print on a different material or for commercial use?
For licensing or commercial use enquiries, please email info@karinrosedubois.com with details of your project. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Karin Rose Dubois.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store any card details.

Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes – this site uses SSL encryption and all payment processing is handled by Shopify's secure payment system. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes – you'll receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after purchase. This serves as your receipt. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact info@karinrosedubois.com.
