Products
All artwork reproduced as prints on this website is the original work of Karin Rose Dubois. Products available include fine art prints on paper, fine art canvas prints, and floral art cushions.
We make every effort to display product colours and sizes accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. If you have questions about a specific print before ordering, please email info@karinrosedubois.com.
Product descriptions, dimensions and prices are subject to change without notice. Any such changes will not affect orders already placed.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) described. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until that point, no contract exists between us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including where a product is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we are unable to verify payment. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (British pounds) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Delivery
We ship to the UK and internationally. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery policy. These are estimates only – we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the postal carrier.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply in your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charge shown at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations

• Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full.
• Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or damage to property, arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
