Every print is packed carefully and shipped with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your order will be delivered.

Where We Ship To
We ship to the UK and worldwide. Karin's original fine art prints and canvas wall art are available to buyers across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and many other countries.
If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, shipping options available to you will be shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please email info@karinrosedubois.com and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are shown below. Please note these are estimates from the date of dispatch – not from the date of order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of payment being received.
Delivery times can occasionally be affected by postal service delays, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders. We will always notify you by email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.
• UK orders: shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• International orders: shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout before payment.
All prices shown at checkout are in GBP (British pounds) and include packaging. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.
How Your Order Is Packaged
Every order is packed with care to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition.
Framed prints (paper and canvas).
Framed prints are bubble-wrapped individually, then placed in a rigid cardboard box sized to fit the frame. Additional padding protects the corners and glass. The box is sealed and labelled 'Fragile' and 'This Way Up'.
Unframed fine art paper prints.
Unframed paper prints are carefully rolled and placed in a sturdy protective cardboard tube. The tube is sealed at both ends. Do not bend or fold the print when opening – cut the tube end rather than pulling the print out forcefully.
Canvas prints (stretched or flat).
Stretched canvas prints are wrapped in protective material and boxed in a rigid cardboard box. Flat canvas prints are rolled and shipped in a protective tube.
Art cushions.
Cushions are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a sealed bag, then boxed.
All packaging is designed to protect your order in transit. If your order arrives damaged despite this, please see our Refund Policy.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
• UK orders: tracked via Royal Mail or Evri, DPD, Parcelforce.
• International orders: tracked via Royal Mail International Tracked or equivalent service.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then email info@karinrosedubois.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of your country.
These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control. They are not included in the price or shipping cost shown at checkout, and we are not able to advise on the exact amount you may be charged.
Customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you are unsure about the customs regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Please note: we declare all shipments at their full commercial value on customs documentation, as required by law. We cannot mark packages as 'Gift' or undervalue items to reduce customs charges.
Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Each order can be delivered to one address only. If you would like to send prints to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
To send a print as a gift directly to a recipient, simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. You can add a gift message in the order notes field.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
• Check your tracking link (sent in the shipping confirmation email) for the latest status.
• Check whether a delivery attempt has been made and a card left – the carrier may be holding the parcel at a local depot.
• For UK orders, allow up to 15 working days before contacting us, as occasional postal delays can occur.
• For international orders, allow up to 21 working days, as customs processing can add time.
If your order appears lost or is significantly overdue, please email info@karinrosedubois.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
Despite careful packaging, very occasionally prints can be damaged in transit. If this happens:
• Email info@karinrosedubois.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Please do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until we have confirmed the next steps.
